This is the simplest meal yet, and can be made in no time at all. While prepairing the meal is quick, it does take some "oven time" so begin this meal about an hour before desired serving time.
Line the bottom of a dutch oven with one pie crust, mix in the chicken, gravy, and mixed vegetables, then cover with another pie crust.
Bake in a 400 deg oven for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes for a golden brown crust. If you are doing this over a fire, adjust cooking times accordingly.
Let the Dutch Oven cool down a bit, season as desired, and enjoy.
